With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Marcie Schorr Hirsch consults, writes and lectures on organizational behavior and management issues. She has held senior positions at Wellesley College, Tufts and Brandeis Universities. She has consulted for an array of clients in both the corporate and not-for-profit sectors and keynotes major conferences.

Hirsch is the co-author of three management books and has frequently contributed to Working Woman and other nationally circulated magazines.

Hirsch regularly serves as a commentator on workplace issues on local and national radio and television; her appearances include the Today show, Chronicle, multiple news shows and the PBS Emmy award-winning Out of Work. Hirsch has also served as writer and executive producer for several videos on work and careers, including The Recruiting Game and Good Job as well as broadcast programs The Good News About Being Fired and Dream Jobs.

Hirsch holds a doctorate from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
