Lisa Berman Hills has 15 years of experience focusing on issues of strategic planning, organizational design, and leadership development. She has advised a wide array of clients including new economy companies, universities, museums, and innovative public/private partnerships. In addition, Hills was the Executive Producer for Good Job! and for the Reach Out to Schools video series.

At Brandeis University, Hills served as the Assistant Dean of Student Affairs and as the Director of the Hiatt Career Development Center where she was involved in policy making and strategic planning for the institution.

Hills served two terms on the Human Services Advisory Committee (HSAC) for the city of Newton, Massachusetts and was involved in the launch of the Waltham Partnership for Youth.

Hills holds a masters in public administration with a specialization in management strategy and corporate public policy from the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University.
